You’ve Decided to
Sell Your Business.

Let us help you find the right business broker
based on their expertise and track record.

How it Works

Step 1

Complete our online interview or request a call

We will need some basic information about your business so we can match you with the best business broker. You have two options: you can fill out our online interview form or schedule a call to speak personally to a representative. Your business identity will be kept strictly confidential and will not be revealed without your permission.

Step 2

We locate the best business broker for you

Based on your interview questions, we will analyze your market location, business situation, and any unique factors and create key data points that are then used to match your business with the best available brokers.

Step 3

We only choose brokers who are excited to sell your business

After locating the most qualified business brokers, we will contact them with your most basic business information. Only business brokers who are willing and able to provide you with their highest level of service are selected. We will not reveal your identity, business name, or contact information at this point.

What’s Next

Each of the brokers that we contact will review your basic business information. If they are excited about marketing your business and accept our invitation, you will be sent an email notification with that business broker’s profile asking you to authorize us to release your contact information to that broker. We will send you the top three business brokers.

Only after receiving your authorization, will we reveal your contact information to this short list of qualified brokers. The broker(s) will make contact and introduce themselves, answer any questions you might have and gather additional information about your business during your free consultation. The broker may wish to schedule a visit to the business in order to provide you with a more detailed broker opinion of value.

After choosing the broker that best suits you, you will be asked to sign a listing agreement with the business broker. The broker will work closely with you to get your business ready to present on the market. This process can take less than a week or up to 6 weeks depending on availability of documentation and the complexity of your business.
